Incredibly good pizza and very friendly staff, my family and I had a wonderful evening. We will definitely be back!!

Wide choice on the menu, light dough, several vegetarian options. Simple environment, tables also outside in the square. The guys who work there are always available and smiling; very fast service. We have already returned a second time because even without a reservation we can get seated in a short time.

One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten... The dough is crunchy down to the last slice and the quality products...

I was there recently for a dinner with friends and I have to say that Disìu was worth it: excellent pizza and quality ingredients, super light dough. The kind and knowledgeable staff were able to advise me perfectly based on my tastes, one thing not to be underestimated is their craft beer: arsuria. I had the opportunity to try the Jinestra and it is very good, especially combined with pizza. The waiters will be able to give you the best advice! I will definitely be back, see you soon!

Siamo stati accolti da personale gentile e cordiale. Menu di pizze classiche e gourmet accompagnato a menù esplicativo con foto. Abbiamo scelto una romana per il nostro bambino, pira e nuci e l’altra con radicchio e marmellata di fichi di cui nn ricordo il nome.. pizze strepitose, impasto friabile e leggero , ingredienti di buona qualità. Una chicca nella piazza di Balestrate. Torneremo sicuramente.

This is a great sicilian pizza with the best dough I tried in years. Great vibe ahead of the football match (Italy- Spain) in a small piazzetta with kids playing around. We took three different pizza , all good.
