Diplomatico Club In Altamura

We were recommended this establishment which is almost on the outskirts. The reviews weren't great but unfortunately you also have to know how to write a review. As a technician on the subject of pizza it is highly recommended since the leavening and maturation criteria are respected. We took some pizzas and a Roman pinza and it was an excellent product. The service is excellent since it is managed by several girls the prices are in line, and there will certainly be a next time to taste some first courses and sandwiches made by them. As for the furniture, it has been quite a large restyling and everything must be exploited in the best possible way. The point is not strategic and is a bit hidden but if you work well and with quality almost certainly a lot of people could come out of curiosity and also for the products which are excellent. I also noticed that this establishment is also exploited for the live evening matches and therefore it is worth taking advantage of. I recommend it and on to the next step. I leave some photos for my presence in this establishment. The only advice is to continue with marketing which is a real weapon where you could win any compromise. One last thing, the reviews I saw are not real for me because you have to know how to recognize what you eat and not to mention cleaning.😋😋😋

Large place but too crowded. Unfortunately the staff is not entirely competent in the details of the service. A little expensive. However, the cover band was of the highest level, i.e. Broken Frames. We went specifically for them because they are true artists and humble but very professional people, they also know how to involve the audience, as well as playing divinely. They should also play in Bari clubs.

Ho festeggiato i miei 40 anni al Diplomatico, durante una serata cover. Locale stra pieno di gente e nonostante ciò super organizzati, tanto personale, cortese e disponibile, attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e sempre sempre presente, nonostante fossimo una tavolata di 30 persone e ci fossero tanti altri tavoli da gestire!! Cibo ottimo e di qualità dalle portate di pesce, ai fritti e le pizze, di qualità anche il beverage. Che dire, bravi bravi tutti, complimenti ad Azzurra, perfetta regista e padrona di casa!!! Stra consigliato!!!

I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Diplomatico, during a cover evening. The place is full of people and yet super organised, lots of staff, courteous and helpful, attentive to our every need and always present, even though we were a table of 30 people and there were many other tables to manage!! Excellent, quality food from fish dishes to fried foods and pizzas, and the beverages are also of high quality. What can I say, well done everyone, congratulations to Azzurra, perfect director and hostess!!! Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful and elegant location Excellent service and staff Really good food

Very nice and spacious place, equally delicious food as well as the products, shame about the service being in the restaurant sector I can understand... But if I ask for a larger table that will at least be taken into consideration given that there is half an empty room, see waiters or sort of waitresses carry trays with two extra hands leaning on the table not that we had a small table. (You can see that they are guys with no experience) Having a service like this leaves me a little to be desired but the rest is fine, I certainly wouldn't pay more to go there.
