An experience to be repeated as soon as possible, excellent food, sophisticated, but not too much.
If you are looking for something special then you can't miss trying Dinette. I ate some dreamy spaghetti with cuttlefish ink.

We had dinner at this place on Tuesday evening of the second week of September.
We were attracted by the fact that the place is small and welcoming, so to speak, not distracting like larger restaurants.
Nice location, well furnished, located on the seafront in the center of Otranto.
The food offer is not much, although quite varied.
However, in our experience the quality is 3 stars and let me explain.
We took a frisella marinara and a puccia dinette.
The puccia, eaten by my wife, was objectively good, but in my opinion too aggressive in flavour. Once you get halfway through, you struggle to continue, despite the gluttons who objectively have a different sense of taste.
As for the frisella, in my opinion it was unseasoned and unsalted.
So much so that I had to ask for some oil and salt.
I'm used to doing it like this:
I bathe her under cold water
I wait a couple of minutes, and then I season it with oil and salt (which was not done), because without it it will obviously taste like bread and water.
Then I season the cherry tomatoes, after having seasoned them (oil and salt) I put them on the frisella so that it absorbs the sauce from the cherry tomato seasoning, and this too has not been done.
Then I put what it says on the frisella. In this case, being marinara, there was salmon, tuna and cod.
If there is no initial preparation, the frisella loses, in my opinion, all its characteristic flavour.
I repeat without seasoning it becomes bread and water.
Having said that, the opinion remains overall positive.
As for prices, what can I say. By now everyone has gone crazy, the restaurateurs, the traders and us Italians who, coming out of a war (because post-covid probably brought this into people's heads), no longer know how to weigh price/quality.
I don't know when this madness will end. For now I know that Italians' salaries are running out.
Obviously I don't blame the restaurateur, because as long as he has a full place he is right to apply those prices.

At first glance very calm and delicate, very kind staff especially the lady at the entrance regarding the welcome and also the rest of the staff very friendly, polite and always smiling. The food is very delicate and particular. Very fresh and really good ingredients, I had some gnocchi with red prawns and black garlic cream... I think I have never tasted something more delicate but at the same time with its own reason. We thank all the staff for the wonderful experience. 10 AND PRAISE🩷

Everything was very delicious, the fish were very fresh, but only the waitress did not understand that I asked for my plate to take away and she threw it away.

Pleasant experience, very friendly staff, including the owner. The dishes seem original and overall the ingredients are of good quality. The only negative aspect is the portions, six ravioli counted in a first course for 18 euros seems too little to me, it will be points of view..
