A Chinese restaurant that “scratches the itch” and gets the job done.
The food was generally good - wasn’t entirely sold on the cashews and raisins in the fried rice but it was fine. Kon xin cai was also passable, and the Xiao long bao were pretty good (definitely helps that it was handmade!).
Would recommend if you are finding a quick and late-night Chinese meal with friends :)

It was long enough ago that I forget the exact dishes we ordered, but my friend and I split a few noodle dishes. These noodles are FRESH. You can see the chefs making them and they are so so delicious. Not Italian food, but if you are visiting Florence, it’s a must try!

Super good much needed , we wanted to change from Italian food and they hit the spot their noodle soup was great, the soup flavor was on pooooooiny, dumplings were ok

This restaurant should have a five star. It is the perfect choice if you are looking for a break from pasta and pizza. But after a week in Italy, I would absolutely say this was the best meal we had.

Excellent in everything. Handmade noodles, steamed ravioli filled with Chianina meat, coconut beef... are just some of the fusion menu options that Dim Sun offers. Impeccable service, welcoming staff, beautiful location...in terms of quality and price, I think it is one of the best Asian restaurants in Florence.

After many days of Italian food we took the risk to get Asian @DimSum tonight. I should note that we’ve lived in Asia for nearly a decade, so we know good food. Considering the location and out of the way vibe, this place was outstanding!
The spicy chicken dumplings and ginger chicken were excellent and the bok Choi and Xiao long bao were really very good as well.
This is the perfect place for that change of pace in Firenze.

Un misto di eleganza e di buon cibo che fanno di questo ristorante cinese una tappa obbligatoria per gli amanti di questa cucina.
Oltre a poter gustare un menù vario per tutti i palati, con prezzi leggermente sopra la media, Dim Sum è da consigliare anche per chi vuole semplicemente sorseggiare un buon thè ( buona scelta ) e scambiare quattro chiacchiere.

Una location davvero elegante, adatta ad una serata di ritrovo tra amici quando sì si va a cena fuori per mangiare buon cibo, ma anche per fare due chiacchiere.
Servizio preciso e discreto, buoni tutti i piatti assaggiati.
Se posso fare un appunto costruttivo: mi sarebbe piaciuta una carta dei vini un pochino più curata, anche se comprendo che sia la carta dei té il loro punto forte.
