Quiet location close to everything. Friendly staff

The room was clean, and the reception was super welcoming even though I arrived after 11 pm. Breakfast was really good for the price, with plenty of choices. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated that the hotel gave me a room on the ground floor as requested, and everything around the hotel was fully accessible. The pools are a bit further from the hotel, but transport was provided and there’s easy access to the whole Altomincio village. By the pool area, you’ll find restaurants, activities, and a bar to spend the day. There’s also a nice promenade and bike path close to the hotel. Highly recommend this place — especially for the price, it’s perfect!

Basic room, but very comfortable and functional with good air con and comfy beds and decent showers. We also had interconnected rooms for us and our children; very handy. Breakfast was good, with a range of options and staff helpful, quick and hard working. Only negative was the toilets in our bathrooms had a faint, but continual sewer whiff. Bar/restaurant downstairs was nice but unfortunately, over-priced as are all the food outlets in the wider Hu site facilities. River walk/cycle route right next to the Hotel is great.

Very nice view near the river, youthful atmosphere at the reception - breakfast: the cappuccino was really badly made.
