Very digestible pizza, several types of pizza. Extended leavening makes it very digestible. Fantastic garlic pizza.

One afternoon, while leaving Marina di Campo airport for Sant'Ilario, I stumbled upon this lovely place—actually, two places to eat, and one to drink. We stopped to try their pinsa. I ordered five strips, two with potatoes and the others with vegetables. As I tasted them, I noticed that the pasta was good and the ingredients were excellent, so everything was fine, except for the portions, which are a bit small for the price—€27 for five strips—and lack a good quality-price ratio. I'm not the only one to notice this; if a pan that would normally yield eight strips were to yield seven, each strip would be a centimeter wider, which at a glance helps to better understand the quantity. In any case, you can sense their commitment to using quality ingredients and their commitment to their customers.

The pinsa are so crispy and flavorful that one bite leads to another. Their product has attracted crowds, so much so that they've become the beating heart of a small, anonymous village. The interiors require more maintenance.

Everything was wonderful, the service was top-notch, the wine selection was excellent and served at the perfect temperature, the food selection was great if you know what's on offer and aren't expecting something else 😁 Wonderfully and very quietly located – all in all, highly recommended.

Excellent products, interesting combinations of cheeses, vegetables, and cured meats. Prices are not the lowest.

The best for dough and wonderful products

A nice place in a secluded, somewhat anonymous area on the outskirts of town; perhaps I'd "protect" the street-facing tables with some sort of divider to provide a little more privacy. Friendly staff, slow service. As for the pizzas, the dough is good and light, but in my opinion the quantity is limited and the price is too high. Personally, I think you need at least four slices to make the equivalent of a "regular" pizza, and doing the math, it starts at €22 for a Margherita, going up to €26 for a stuffed one. Six slices for two of us (so less than a pizza each), a beer, a Coke, and a coffee for €48 seems way too much. I don't know if I'd return to this place if I were to visit Elba again. P.S. If then, as the owner says in his reply, "€24 for a pizza not even in the worst bars in Caracas" (not even in Cortina a pizza costs €24, let alone in La Pila behind the airport) then I realize that some people only accept 5-star reviews.
