Dialetti In Napoli

I dined there alone on a business trip to Naples. I chose them for their attention to raw ingredients and their natural wines, my passion. I drank very well, ate their carrot (excellent), and a generous platter of local cured meats and cheeses, selected with great care and attention. I was pampered by the owner and chef, and truly felt at home. Excellent!

Dialetti is an interesting and unconventional bistro, just steps from the Riviera di Chiaia. Its predominantly plant-based menu captivates with its simple yet never banal cuisine, where each dish reflects the care taken in selecting the finest ingredients. We arrived late for our reservation, but Simone, the chef, welcomed us with great kindness, offering a selection of dishes to sample even when the kitchen was almost closed. This gesture speaks volumes about the place's hospitality. The restaurant is intimate and well-maintained, with a large convivial table and a cozy dining room with more seating. Well-crafted desserts and a good wine list complete a pleasant and relaxed experience. A place to keep in mind for those seeking a cuisine that's different from the norm, refined and welcoming.

A wonderful experience! The staff were very attentive, welcoming you from the moment you walked in and explaining the distinctive nature of this culinary experience. The truly talented chef took the time to explain the dishes to you at the table. Great attention was paid to the carefully selected, locally sourced ingredients. Wonderful flavors. Excellent wine. The restaurant is also suitable for vegetarians. We shared all the first courses and two second courses, so both the variety and quantity were more than satisfactory. We felt pampered! We'll definitely be returning.

A delightful discovery: for New Year's Eve dinner, they offered the option of choosing from the à la carte menu. Excellent quality ingredients, refined cuisine, and attentive service.

We had a really fantastic evening. From the first moment we felt very welcome — the team radiates a natural hospitality and enthusiasm that you rarely encounter. We were cared for with so much warmth and attention that we immediately felt at ease. Although we arrived a little earlier, we were greeted with a smile and invited to have a glass of wine while the team was still having dinner. That small, honest gesture characterises exactly the relaxed and sincere atmosphere of this place. Nothing felt rushed or forced — everything happened with care and sincere kindness. The food was really excellent, but especially the experience and the people made the evening unforgettable. We are honestly surprised that this restaurant does not score higher, because they undoubtedly deserve many more words of praise. Here you not only taste what is on the plate, but also the love with which it is brought. An absolute must!
