One of the best burgers that I'v ever tried in Italy, in fact for more than 3 years now l have only ordered the original burger, I have never tried another dish from Diablo simply because everytime I go I don't want to miss a chance of eating the original burger. (The only thing I don't appreciate is that bacon they add but I ask for it to be removed everytime and it's fine like this).
In this place I always get the diaphragm with a side of chips, really delicious plus they know what they are doing because (despite knowing it wasn't a great idea) I asked for a more cooked one for my girlfriend but they replied that the diaphragm has only one type of cooking, an answer that I considered connoisseurs, plus among the desserts they make cheesecake, the cooked one!! Which is real cheesecake, excellent.
As my first experience in the restaurant I liked both the interior, excellent welcome, excellent food. I will have to return to Pavia and I will definitely go again...
I went there a few weeks ago for the first time, even though I've been hearing about the place for years... So why not try it...
The food is good. The welcoming place. The service was fast although a little confusing with the dishes but that could be okay given the amount of work. Congratulations to all the staff! ... To return again!

In a typical Tex Mex environment you can enjoy typical Western dishes... very good, and the choice expands with the ever-changing list of off-menu items. The staff is very friendly and the service fast. Prices are in line with the level of service and quality of the products.
