The Piedmontese-style fritto misto was good. The portions were too large to finish, in my opinion. The Nebbiolo served with it was also good.

I had dinner at the restaurant, it was a really excellent dinner, well-made and really delicious dishes of the Piedmontese tradition.

In the small village of Vezza d'Alba, a beautiful building renovated and restored by the restaurant owners. Local cuisine, with plenty of truffles in season, is served. Excellent food. Excellent value for money. Extensive, carefully selected, quality wine list. If you'd like to avoid driving after a lovely dinner and a drink, you can stay in one of the property's five beautiful rooms. Highly recommended.

I was here for lunch. I'd say it was exceptional in every way. Superb food, spectacular wines. Wonderful location, and very kind and helpful staff. The only flaw is not having discovered it beforehand. Fantastic!

Vezza d'Alba is a real gem. This time of year, it's filled with Christmas stalls displaying artisans' work. The town band also had a positive impact on me. The mulled wine and roasted chestnuts were truly magical. The restaurant was finally warm, with a local menu served courteously but without pretension. I'm sure they're used to the occasional customer and the large influx of tourists. The price was reasonable for the food and service.

I didn't stay but I had lunch at the restaurant which is worth it for the good quality of the food, the wines and the very good value for money.

06/01/2026: A very characteristic restaurant in the center of Alba, with a subterranean stone room with brick vaults and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I had the 30-yolk tajarin with white truffle: simply excellent, perfect pasta and top-quality truffle.
30/12/2025: Chic space, awesome wine & the best Tajarin with truffles during my entire trip. Service-wise, it was ok- one mean and very pushy woman nearly ruined the meal. Food was excellent so I’d go back for sure.
