Not satisfied with dinner, we returned the next day for lunch. Truly excellent.
Their ingredients are entirely in their hands, and all the pork is Mangialica breed, raised semi-wild locally. Even the dairy products are produced locally and in-house. Friendly table service and good wine selections at very fair prices. Just what I'd expect from a Slow Food snail.

The atmosphere is casual yet well-maintained, with an excellent fresh produce counter at the entrance. Unfortunately, based on what I ordered, the food didn't quite meet my expectations. The sausage and mushroom lasagna in particular was a complete disaster. There's great potential for improvement, but it's necessary.

Super cute atmosphere! The goat meatballs as an appetizer were exceptional! The heifer stew, the cod and olive spaghetti, and the ricotta and sour cherry tart were also delicious. I'll definitely be back to try more. I highly recommend it!

The food is always excellent and locally sourced. I love their stico, excellent wine by the glass. There was only one red option, but it was good, an ancient grape variety. They never disappoint, even after so many years. (Discount at lunch)

The region's finest produce, expertly selected and produced by Vincenzo Mancino (an icon of small, locally sourced producers and their excellence), combines with Chef Carlo Fiorini's flair and knowledge of recipes passed down through generations, creating an excellent product not to be missed. Proloco Centocelle is a place that promotes culture and social action through the finest food possible. The seven-meter counter, where you can purchase the same products used in the restaurant, is the icing on the cake. If Italian cuisine is a world heritage, it owes it to our mothers and grandmothers and to businesses like this.

A very nice place to eat high-quality products. If it weren't for Mr. Fernando, who pampered us all evening, I would have said "nothing special." Instead, he was the real asset, adding flavor and value to everything we tried. Thank you!!
The prices are moderately high, but it's worth it.

A charming and authentic restaurant. Traditional cuisine with interesting reinterpretations. Good wines, including natural ones. A welcoming atmosphere and excellent quality ingredients. Recommended.
