We came with a group of 50 schoolchildren. The location was excellent. Mary was very welcoming and the food was delicious. This is our fifth time here and we'll be back soon.

I organized a company dinner here at Antica Osteria Croce and we had a wonderful time, starting with Mary's helpfulness and professionalism, who kindly guided us from the quote to finalizing the menu and updating the guest count. The service was excellent, and especially the food. I'll be back!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Mr. Roberto welcomed us and recommended the dishes of the day. Excellent service and good food. I highly recommend it!

Gran lugar para pasar y disfrutar de los mejores platos tradicionales romanos y locales. Vinimos aquí por casualidad para un aperitivo en 2021 y volvimos en 2025 para un delicioso almuerzo. El lugar es extremadamente céntrico al lado de la Plaza de Español y ofrece comida deliciosa a precios asequibles. La señora Mary, que está a cargo del restaurante, es increíblemente amable y acogedora. Como local puedo garantizarles que no es fácil encontrar un restaurante tan bueno en cuanto a hospitalidad, flexibilidad y buena calidad del producto. La variedad de vinos locales también es enorme y de muy alta calidad. 100% recomendado y te garantizo que no te arrepentirás

La comida estaba buena, pero la mejor parte fue nuestro camarero Mohib. Fue súper amigable y mantuvo el ambiente alegre y divertido toda la noche. Nos lo pasamos genial y seguro que volvemos otra vez.

18/10/2025: We were there tonight and had a wonderful time. We tried both meat and seafood appetizers, both rich and delicious. We recommend their eggplant, it's among the best we've ever had, truly unique. The first courses are delicious and the portions are generous. The carbonara is excellent (it's hard to find places that still make it properly), and the sour cherry tartlet is also excellent. The atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, and relaxing. The service is fast, and the waiter is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The owner is very friendly. Highly recommended restaurant in Genzano.
11/10/2025: Il cibo è ottimo e il servizio efficiente e sempre cortesissimo e simpatico. Ogni volta mi ci sono trovato molto bene, sono un team molto professionale. Raccomandato come il miglio ristorante di Genzano, a mia conoscenza.

18/11/2025: We went with TheFork, the fettuccine with ragù was good, the appetizer was a bit poor for the price.!! But it amazes me that we paid for the service plus bread, 4 mini slices, €3 each, that is, €6 service for 2. Then you get a €6 discount on the total excluding water. Three euros for a cover charge in an osteria is absurd, especially since I had to look for a waiter to clear away the dirty plates... and no one came for the second course and we left hungry. I don't think I'll go back, also because TheFork is a rip-off. I paid the discount with the cover charge 😡
16/11/2025: We had a great lunch experience today at this osteria, where we ate deliciously and the service was friendly and welcoming. Congratulations to everyone...We'll be back!
