Owners Maria Grazia and Roberto are always cordial, affectionate and ready to satisfy the requests of their guests. The irreplaceable collaborators Daniele and Rosario frame this wonderful picture. The main ingredients of everything they cook are: love, kindness, patience and a lot of skill. For lunch I wanted to try the much praised pizza alla parmigiana. To say it is stellar is an understatement, I recommend everyone to eat it with their hands and eyes closed, you will see that our senses will

05/10/2025: This bistro is located in the quiet square of the Baroque church of Santa Rita. Our visit was a real pleasure, thanks to the quality of the food and drinks. The staff was very friendly, and even gave us the unique opportunity to visit the little church opposite, which would have been closed at the time.
23/08/2025: Our go-to place in Caltagirone. We stayed at Memá for three nights after a stay in Sicily. Its terrace is wonderful, with great music and a relaxing atmosphere. I can say the wine list is good, as I tried Nero Davola, which was very good and I returned several times. The food is well-prepared, without frills, but high-quality. The prices are very good. Dinner with wine, starter, and main course is €50 for two people. If you're looking for a quality, peaceful retreat with a chic atmosphere, this is your place.
