I've been there a couple of times, very good food both times. Not overly expensive for being in the city, quite the opposite. I will definitely be back 😍

East meets West in this fusion restaurant in the heart of the Carmine district of Brescia.
The flavors are refined and complex, balanced with spices and vegetables, with a hint of spiciness here and there.
The only sore point was the service, a little inattentive and I dare say disorganised. Maybe we found the evening bad, it can happen.
In order, here are the dishes tasted:
Stir-fried rice noodles with vegetables, coriander, eggs, chilli oil, lime and cashews.
Prawn broth soup with udon, tom yam, prawns, ginger syrup, mushrooms and bean sprouts
Ravioli stuffed with Peking duck, cooked on the grill
Ravioli stuffed with pork, leek and apple, with flavored pork broth, packchoy and roasted cherry tomatoes
Spring rolls with vegetables and spicy sweet and sour sauce
Low temperature cooked pork ribs glazed with chaar siu sauce
Chicken pieces marinated, fried and spiced with mayo

I have been a huge fan of Dhabbu cuisine for some time.
Months ago, after the change of management, an employee during the digestive service (among which I had asked for a limoncello), replied to me: "You can only ask for a limoncello without being ashamed in a 90s pizzeria". Verbatim words.
Then he served me some sake in a dirty glass.
I hope they fired him.
That said, excellent food, but I won't go back again.

In terms of service, Dhabbu is certainly a very good restaurant: punctual and friendly from start to finish. In particular, I found the ginger bitters offered at the end of the dinner more than appreciable. In terms of food, however, it was reasonable to expect a little more: I saw little substance in both quality and quantity. What was substantial was the price more than anything else. Pass for the appetizer of chicken skewers in teriyaki sauce at €8 (it wasn't bad), but charge €14 for the Pad Thai, i.e. a simple plate of spaghetti with tofu, eggs, spices and lime, without particular flavor and above all in a small quantity it seemed really too much to me. The cover charge was €2 if I'm not mistaken and the water was €3. In the end, the two of us spent €54-55, a bit excessive compared to what we ate.
Since the service works well, all that remains is to work on the kitchen.

First time in this place and above all the first time we tasted oriental dishes and we were very satisfied. Fast and friendly service even when the place is full.

Very noisy environment. Friendly service. The food convinced us halfway, some tasty dishes, others to be reviewed (pad thai with practically no seasoning, only noodles, I counted 1 piece of tofu in the whole dish and almost non-existent vegetables).

I've wanted to eat at Dhabbu for a long time, and I must say that I was very satisfied. The staff is cheerful and helpful, the dishes were brought quickly, they were good and elaborate.
I will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu.

Dhabbbu offers a series of Asian classics revisited in a Western key, above all not in a banal way.
The menu has a number of sharing dishes that are extremely different from each other, rolls, skewers, dumplings, bao etc. Main dishes, wok, noodles or rice are recommended.
Good choice of wines, fast service, well-kept place.

Come sempre una super cena, è la terza volta che vado in questo ristorante in circa 1 anno e mezzo e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo.
Una cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo è la disponibilità nel consigliarci cosa provare e nello spiegarci nel dettaglio ogni piatto.
