Nice and great kindness of the staff. There is a hint of the ultra-luxury feel that you would like to give (and that the prices confirm) with the position of the tables on the corridor with passers-by who almost sit on your lap and look you in the mouth.

Shiny and elegant, but the food doesn't keep up with the image they are trying to give. Cappuccino was watery (tasted like caffelatte) and the croissant was uncooked with a very poor-quality pastry cream in it. Had to wait for the waiter to bring the bill, then wait again so he could go and get the POS machine, then again (!?!) to get the receipt. So inefficient!

26/08/2024: We have been in Balme since the end of June, and we have tried the pizza, focaccia and farinata. Everything is good, the staff is very kind and helpful, they started their adventure a few months ago, and we wish them to make the beautiful village of Balme more and more "attractive". 22/08/2024: New management with good service attentive to everyone's needs, especially children. Aperitif offered upon arrival, generous portions, and to conclude Genepy always offered on the house.
