We'd never been to a hot pot restaurant before, and we had no idea what to order. Luckily, we met Jiro, who patiently guided us throughout the dinner, recommending some truly delicious pairings that we otherwise would never have tried. His thoughtfulness amazed us, and we'll definitely be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A waiter greeted us and explained in detail how it works. He even personally prepared some sauces for us later, a truly appreciated detail. The food was delicious and flavorful. It was a really fun experience, even as you get the hang of it and make mistakes in cooking it or creating unique sauce combinations. I'll definitely be back!

An authentic culinary experience. You can choose the spiciness of the broth or opt for a simple broth. You can eat konjac, noodles, various types of meat and vegetables, and lotus flowers (which are delicious). You can also try many other things that I won't write about because they don't suit my taste... but which are typical of China. It's all very convivial.

Let me start by saying that my wife and I had never tried hotpot before, and the overall impression was overwhelmingly positive. At De Zhuang Hotpot, not only were we absolutely delighted with the meal, the quality of the ingredients, and the numerous sauces and broths available, but the added bonus was the owner (whose name I don't remember)...a delightful, kind, smiling young man, always available to offer advice and recommendations to those of us who were new to this type of cuisine. So, I'll conclude by absolutely recommending this place to anyone who wants to try this experience, eat good food, and feel at home.

Original and more than decent Hot Pot at a reasonable price. Always a pleasure and a hit with the family! Worth it!

I was very curious to try the hot pot. It was a fun and tasty experience. After choosing the types of broth, you can order whatever you want via the iPad, from meat, to fish, to mushrooms, to pasta. They also have the classic ready-made dishes. Creating your own sauce is very fun even if the first ones will not be fantastic given the inexperience. The place is very nice with lots of seats. For me, totally approved!!

I have wanted to try a hotpot restaurant for a long time... I finally managed it last Sunday. We went for lunch with my family. We took 2 hotpot lunch menus for 19 euros per person and there were 3 of us (two adults and a 5 year old). What can I say about the food... REALLY AMAZING!!! The staff is super knowledgeable and very kind... they explained everything to us perfectly and gave us the best advice. The place is small, but very clean and very welcoming. The artisanal noodles are divine, the broths and sauces are incredible. We will definitely go back with friends. I can only tell anyone who reads this review to absolutely go and try it, different from the usual... it will surprise you and leave you totally satisfied!
