the tasting menu is nice, however it takes a long time. then first time ever that a glass of wine by the glass was 18 eur! especially disappointed as wine pairing was 35 i think for 3 glasses. also compared to other restaurants that are on the Michelin guide the coffee, water and coperto are high. 4 eur for an espresso, 6 cooerto and 5 for water. The food was nice, though previous time we visited it was better.

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestro almuerzo aquí, el servicio era excelente - pulido, atento y pretensión - gratis, y el entorno dentro del Hotel de la Ville bastante encantador, muy agradable. Nuestra reserva fue en el Derby Bistro, que se encuentra en una extensión del conservatorio del hotel, dividido pero abierto a, el más formal, Derby Grill. Tomamos unas copas en el pequeño y atmosférico bar antes de pasar a comer. El restaurante está en el lado tradicional tanto en lo que respecta a la decoración como a la comida, con enormes sillas de mimbre, mesas sólidamente elaboradas y vestidas, camareros elegantemente adecuados y platos ricos en salsa.
La comida estaba bien, no es nuestra mejor comida Monza por mucho tiempo, pero una buena experiencia en general.

This time too it was a sublime experience.
The menu is full of creativity but does not trample on the local traditions and culture of the chef (of Campania origin).
The dishes are refined, prepared to perfection and are not presumptuous.
The service is attentive, discreet but at the same time friendly.

Everything was excellent until the bill arrived. Europeans restaurants do not understand seperate checks . It’s was a bit of a cluster. The food and the service was excellent!!!

Cooking is getting excited, I found in the origins journey the perfect narration of "my land" and of Chef Fabio Silva,
NAPLES. Signature dishes where tradition mixes perfectly with innovation are transformed into a sensorial experience thanks to the use of high quality raw materials.
Personally my favourites, masterfully executed by the chef Ravioli stuffed with cuttlefish, Pasta with provola potatoes and anchovies.
In an elegant and renovated setting, the dishes are served by very attentive and courteous qualified dining room staff, accompanied by excellent matching wines.

Restaurant of the hotel de la ville which certainly has an excellent location with a view of the royal villa and a refined and well-kept environment. The outdoor area where we had dinner was beautiful. The attentive and professional service, friendly with a small flaw when tasting the bread. Out of eight guests, one did not pour the tasting oil. Excellent products. Good combinations. Menu that ranges from the Lombard tradition to the Neapolitan tradition of the chef's origins. Try the Milanese cutlet, tender and well-cooked meat, like the risotto with luganega. Excellent wine cellar.

Dalla location, al personale e ai piatti.
Sono stata colpita sin dalla loro entrèe, ricostruzione di un albero usando carne essiccata.
Dall’antipasto ai secondi tutta magia.
Alla fine abbiamo preso una ‘classica’ millefoglie, vi lascio la foto e vi dico che non ne ho mai assaggiate di così buone!
