The pizzas are a little above average, but they're worth it! Truly excellent. Compliments to the pizza chef and also to the waiter, Lorenzo, who added value to the experience with his professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended!

It changed ownership about 3 years ago, and now the pizza is top-notch. Huge variety, very good, and perfectly cooked. The one with three tomatoes was spectacular. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of craft beers.

I really cannot understand any negative reviews. It was full, reservation book was also full and everyone inside were simply enjoying great food. They were daily meal outside the card - tasty lasagna, wonderful coffee, great burger, finished with nice tiramisu. We were more than happy and love to come back.

08/03/2026: Excellent pizza. Friendly staff. They found us a table even though we didn't have a reservation and the place was packed. Well done.
28/02/2026: I discovered this place on a trip to Auronzo. Visible from the road, the El Gringo sign is a real draw. The atmosphere is good, the pizza is very good, easy to digest, and the beer is of good quality, with a variety of choices. I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and quick.
