We went during the bagna cauda day for lunch, we found it well prepared, excellently prepared, possibility of choosing to eat it in three ways: traditional, heretical and atheistic, excellent barbera, close to Asti city for a nice (digestive) walk, I recommend

Make sure you visit the cellar!!! Don't leave without doing so. Delicious food, impossible to talk about or describe the flavors!! The recommended wine to pair with the dishes was excellent, for our taste. Familiar and competent table service To return

We didn't book, it was sold out but they made us sit in an environment dedicated to tastings, the food was excellent, genuine, generous portions, kind, courteous and welcoming. Advise They accept animals

Great food, excellent wine, welcoming environment. The only flaw is that the service is a bit slow. probably due to the fact that the restaurant was full, serving the first courses to diners within 10 minutes of each other is not good. Sin. However I will return.

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante per caso… una scelta Eccezionale!! Il Signor Vito un padrone di casa molto bravo, preparato, uno Chef veramente competente che lavora con passione! Una cantina di vini intima e molto interessante ci torneremo presto anche se siamo a 2 ore e mezza di strada 👍

Ottimo ristorante caratteristico alle porte di Asti. Comodo il parcheggio. Cucina eccellente con materiali di prima qualità se non di propria fornitura dell' orto. Bagna cauda in stagione , cucina piemontese tutto l'anno. Frequento questo locale da anni con soddisfazione. Enoteca fornita di vino ma anche di liquori speciali come Armagnac di annate anche importanti che acquisto regolarmente anche per regali. Marco

12/10/2024: Out of spite for Google, I stopped reviewing places years ago. For the Al Dante restaurant, however, I felt compelled to make an exception. Impeccable service (courtesy and professionalism), a killer selection of SIX starters, which alone was worth an entire meal, and the satisfaction continued with excellent first courses and desserts, all typical of the area. I know it's a little outside the main population centers, but if you pass through these parts and are looking for a valid solution for lunch or dinner, the choice is obligatory.
12/10/2024: Let the owner advise you: the appetizer menu is excellent. A splendid roundup of typical local dishes

26/01/2025: Yesterday I was at the Mulino for a wedding lunch. The service was excellent as was the menu, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I highly recommend it. Congratulations Marco and the staff.
