Very good pasta and friendly service

Discovered a few years ago by chance, we try to return at least once a year as it is a bit out of the way, when we tour the cellars of Monferrato/Langhe; very quiet environment, quality of products and cuisine always excellent, the owner always kind; highly recommended

Veggie chef fantasia (at the picture) was ok, family style kind of cooking. My husband had truffle risotto which had like 2 shaves of truffle and no truffle taste. We’ve been charged 4€! for single espresso (cafe normale) which is definitely a tourist rip off and after checking the bill we’ve found that every meal was 2-3 euros more than on the menu.

Cascina a 100 metri dall’autostrada,ha il sapore di un tempo . Si mangia in un patio esterno tra le piante. Cibo ottimo, genuino. L’unica pecca è che il servizio è un po’ lento, a causa della conduzione familiare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Home cooking, not cheap but good dishes.

Enoteca Dente had been recommended to us. When we arrived and were greeted so warmly, we suspected it might be a good recommendation. The fresh salt was divine, and the risotto and spaghetti were unforgettable. Then we had dessert, all homemade and super fresh! Afterward, we went to the well-stocked wine cellar. ... a good selection of local wines, including expert advice from the owner. All in all, a top-notch place, a real recommendation. Thank you. We'd be happy to come back.
