DEMSI Japanese Restaurant In Foggia

Traveling around Italy and loving Japanese cuisine, it is inevitable that I have come across many places, but never like the DEMSI RESTAURANT JAPAN. In my opinion, I would never dare to say that it IS MICHELIN STARRED. Super fresh food. Udon is absolutely superlative, all the dishes are stratospheric, super fresh, excellent wine list, the atmosphere is classy, ​​the background music is connoisseur-like, the staff is very kind and knowledgeable, what can I say, I will return!!!!!

The quality/price ratio is average. The location would have been very nice, if it hadn't been for the loud background music.

A wonderful evening enjoying delicious, truly delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and a truly warm welcome and atmosphere. I immediately felt welcomed here. I highly recommend trying it because the quality, service, and ambiance are truly excellent. The service is meticulously maintained! I'll definitely be back. 😊

We were guests at the hotel and tried this restaurant. The food was amazing: grilled shrimp with vegetables. Everything was served with kindness and attention!
