24/12/2024: Five stars for everything, recommended
16/12/2024: With my wife and my brother and other couples of friends we had dinner to celebrate the birthday of a dear friend of ours in this restaurant located in the historic center of Genoa, about 100 meters from Via XXV Aprile.
We sat at an internal table and there are several large and small internal rooms reserved and with some tables also outdoors overlooking the climb.
We all chose a tasting menu.
As appetizers we opted for several crunchy eggs carbonara and almond prawns with 3 mayonnaise and a mango artara, salted zabaglione, black garlic crumble.
First tagliolini with shellfish then Acquarello risotto with pumpkin, stock and black truffle then tortello with cacio pepe “inside out” with raw Bra sausage.
Second courses: mixed fried seafood, then stuffed boned rabbit and its spinach base, then veal with tuna sauce Cbt.
Everything was good, plentiful, delicious and the staff were welcoming, smiling, competent, kind, attentive, fast and expensive
