The pastries were delicious, but the staff didn’t speak English and didn’t explain how the process works. They seemed to complain in Italian while you were standing there, which felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, there was little hospitality and the service felt rude.

Best sweets I've tried in Italy. Really tasty and light for the stomach. The one with the pistachio cream and strawberry was the best. The espresso was rich in taste and not really strong

05/06/2025: The owner of the establishment provides unbeatable service. Friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. We're from Spain, spent a week in Naples, and have been to this establishment twice for breakfast. Both times, the entire experience was a 10!
