I tried Nettuno (their award-winning flavor in 2024) and salted pistachio, and was impressed by both. The Nettuno flavor boasted a nice balance of the saltiness from Cervia salt, the nuttiness of small pistachio crumbs, the citrusy taste of Sorrento lemon zest and the gentle sweetness of Bourbon vanilla. For the second flavor, I should have ordered a fruity one to enjoy next to the Nettuno, but instead opted for another salted flavor of pistachio just out of curiosity of non-milk based pistachio flavor. It was great as well, so no regrets :) Staff was friendly, and they had a great way to illustrate the flavors behind the glass.

An ice cream cone costs €4.50 for three flavors, and it's one of the smallest I've seen in Bologna, which isn't a good thing! The ice cream is good, nothing to complain about, but like so many others in Bologna, but a cone so small that it looks like such an ugly ice cream isn't justifiable! This makes it just a quick, expensive, and unsightly treat!

I regret tremendously finding this place on my last day in Bologna :( I hope to be lucky enough to be able to try it again in the future... those ricotta flavors taste AWESOME 👌🏻

Nos encanta su helado. Sabores muy creativos y sabores tradicionales. ¡Todos son cremosos, de sabores fuertes y deliciosos! Los sabores con las nueces en ellos y las nueces todavía son crujientes en el helado, increíble! Recomiendo encarecidamente esta tienda de helado!

tornato dopo tanto tempo devo dire che la qualità dei gelati è spettacolare ma non si può dire ugualmente per lo staff, forse troppo giovane ed ancora inesperto. ma mi sento di dare 5 stelle

27/09/2025: Friendly and professional staff. Carefully prepared, good-quality food. Meat and fish menu. The place is unwelcoming and bare. The chairs are uncomfortable. Prices are above average.
09/09/2025: IMPECCABLE! Perfect timing, friendly service, excellent raw materials. Furthermore, it's been years since I've found such a perfect balance between the different ingredients. The crackers are exceptional; the first one with friggione is incredibly delicate, followed by the Dubai chocolate, which is an explosion on the palate. Truly, MANY MANY compliments!

28/09/2025: Wonderful tagliatelle with ragù, delicious tortelloni. The crescentine were so light, they didn't even get any oil on the paper. Everything was delicious, the service impeccable, the staff incredibly kind. I'll be back!
