I got to know the place through a friendship and through the article on Gambero Rosso after reading that the Nettuno taste was the best in Italy. So I decided to try it and it's really very good, a mix of flavors that balance very well with a lemon aftertaste, the pistachio brittle goes very well with the lemon, prices for a cone/cup with 2 flavors around 3 euros, in any case from try!

Ice cream shop just outside the center of Bologna, you have to know that it exists to find it, which is also why I am doing this review. There is a vast quantity of refined flavors (which are not found in other ice cream shops) and with quality ingredients. The creams are delicate and very tasty, you can feel that the "right" raw materials are there. Prices are average (not even excessively high), a visit is recommended. Try it to believe it!

They offer an excellent, tasty, imaginative choice of #vegan flavours. I don't give 5 stars only because they could easily do everything without animal derivatives (which cannot be produced without cruelty, unfortunately). Overall it is the best ice cream shop in Bologna

Recommended by a local and now understand why - two delicious flavours with chocolate in the cone. Mango sorbet with mascarpone was perfect!!

Best ice cream ever! It's really very good, the pistachio is phenomenal. I really appreciate that there is also a lot of choice of vegan ice creams and therefore also for lactose intolerants that are not the usual fruit flavours.

Heerlijke ijsjes in zeer veel smaken en in alle vormen. Deze zaak werd verkozen tot beste ijssalon van Italië en dat vinden we terecht! Je wordt er vriendelijk bediend en het is bovendien niet duur. Aanbevolen!

14/01/2025: Guero is certainly one of the most popular cocktail bars in Bologna, with a vast drink menu of unquestionable quality. As an expert, I recognize the care and attention, but I find the prices a little too high for the location. In a more exclusive context, they would perhaps have been more justified. The American sweet potatoes were an exceptional surprise: crispy, well-seasoned, and virtually unavailable at this level in the city. I really hope they remain a fixed standard, because they are top marks. I was curious to try the pastrami, but I opted for the tacos, convinced by the description that they used the same meat. Unfortunately, a big disappointment: the tacos were cold, with hard and dry meat, definitely a failure. In summary: excellent (but expensive) cocktails, memorable sweet potatoes, disappointing tacos. Guero has potential, but with some improvements he could be truly flawless.
24/12/2024: best bar in bologna!!!! and if you want a tip for the best experience, sit at the bar and ask the bartender to make a surprise drink (suggest your alcohol and taste preferences) you will not regret it!

29/12/2024: La Vecchia Bottega is a restaurant where we really enjoyed our time. The food is excellent, the staff very kind and attentive. The only flaw: the room temperature was a little too cold. Overall, absolutely recommended!
