We happened upon this pizzeria because we were in the area, probably because we'd seen it on TV a while back. The location is unique, the bread and pizza are delicious, and Vanessa, who served us, was delightful! Thank you so much... We'll also think of you for breakfast, and you know why, Vanessa... We chose it to celebrate our daughter's baptism. From the moment we booked, they were super helpful right away, and we agreed on the menu without any problems. The day of the party went smoothly. The waiters were super professional and attentive to everything, always smiling. We felt at home. All the guests enjoyed the lunch. The cuisine was simple but of high quality. deLirio bisTrò pizzeria, a lovely surprise! Recommended by friends, this restaurant near the center of Coriano immediately strikes you as welcoming and well-kept, spread across multiple floors with outdoor dining options. An ideal place for any occasion, with truly excellent food. The pizzas are, of course, the highlight, light and easy to digest, yet generously topped with thoughtful combinations. There are also well-prepared burgers and main courses, not to mention the truly delicious desserts. The staff is distinguished by their kindness, helpfulness, and attentiveness. The prices are consistent with the service and, given the quality, I'd say reasonable. Overall, I can highly recommend the bisTrò, and I'll definitely be back.

A welcoming, well-maintained, and above all clean place. The staff, including those in training, were helpful, friendly, and incredibly kind. They quickly served fabulous, high-quality, and easily digestible pizzas. We were just passing through, but if I ever get the chance, I'll definitely be back.
