Il Delfino Bianco is an authentic jewel in Sestri Levante. I have been to this restaurant several times and each time the experience has been impeccable. The quality of the food, the atmosphere and the service make this place an absolute point of reference. The mixed fried food is simply perfect: crunchy, light and never greasy. The cod croquettes are a delight and the pizza is a real surprise, with soft dough and top quality ingredients. The real apotheosis, however, was a meat-based dinner: cuts such as Tomahawk, Denver, Ribeye, fillet and Tuscan sausage skewers, Fiorentina and even wagyu were served to perfection. Each piece of meat was cooked exactly as requested, enhancing the flavors and quality of the raw material. The accompaniment of baked and grilled vegetables was the finishing touch for a perfect balance of flavors. The selection of wines, proposed with great expertise, completed the meal impeccably. The staff, always friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant, contributes to making the experience even more pleasant. I recommend Delfino Bianco to anyone looking for a mix of quality, authentic flavors and excellent service. I can't wait to return!

Great outdoor terrace. The tuna tartare is a real treat. The best part of this restaurant is its server Sébastien. In addition to helping us with our choice, he recommended points of interest in Sestri Levante. So we went back the next day.

Abbiamo conosciuto questo ristorante l’anno scorso e ci siamo tornati anche quest’anno. Gentilezza e cortesia e ottimi piatti regnano in questo incantevole posto. La mia bambina e celiaca è sono stati impeccabili anche con lei.

Le cadre est très agréable, le personnel est très aimable. Bastien s'est occupé de notre table. Il est fort sympathique, très professionnel mais aussi très bienveillant. Il a pris sur son temps pour nous indiquer les bons sites à visiter, les bonnes adresses,...Il nous a offert le digestif limoncello et nous a fait découvrir un alcool au melon. Nous avons choisi de manger des pizzas, elles sont succulentes ! Restaurant incontournable à Sestri Levante, aux prix très abordables
