15/06/2025: Beautiful, but the commercial management is unethical
The structure is really beautiful, with attention to detail, clean and relaxing. The pools are spectacular and the environment is perfect for a day of wellness. However, I cannot fail to point out an aspect that I consider ethically questionable.
It is forbidden to bring any type of food or drink inside, even just a bottle of water. In addition, there is not even a fountain to drink for free (it goes against the European directive 2020/2184 which promotes access to water as a right). This means that the only option to quench your thirst is to buy a bottle of water for €2.20 or a sandwich for €8.
A family with two children, between snacks and snacks, can easily find themselves spending over €100 in addition to the price of the ticket.
In a place that presents itself as a wellness center, I find it unacceptable to deny free access to drinking water, which should be a guaranteed right, not a privilege. This type of commercial policy, which limits the consumer's freedom and imposes high costs for basic needs, is in contrast with the values of hospitality, health and sustainability that a spa should promote.
I understand the need to support internal services, but it can be done without penalizing those who have children, intolerances or simply want to drink water without having to pay for it as if it were a luxury.
I hope that the management reflects on this aspect and chooses a management that is more attentive to the needs of families and the principles of equity.
15/06/2025: We were on a Friday afternoon and it had been a long time since we had been. I found the environment clean and refreshing. Beautiful pools and fantastic sauna area. I recommend buying the ticket online. We ate a poke. Very good and rich. A special compliment goes to the girls of the pokeria Lisa and Luisa, very kind, professional and friendly, an extra pearl to a fantastic place.
