Excellent experience, very nice place, and all the dishes were truly delicious, from appetizers to desserts. We were very satisfied. Special mention goes to the waitress, who was truly kind and professional.

The atmosphere is welcoming and elegant. Truly magnificent. It feels like being in an old Parisian café. The velvet cushions and soft lighting are enchanting. The food and cocktails are delicious, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful! A real gem!

Depois de experimentarmos quatro restaurantes estrelados Michelin neste mês, fomos ao Del Cambio em Turim e, sinceramente, é injusto que ele só tenha uma estrela, pelo amor de Deus!! Destaque para granita all’acqua tonica, lime e caviale beluga, que, no meu entendimento, já mereceria outra estrela!

Per la cena del mio compleanno avevo una grande aspettativa avendo scelto un ristorante stellato e con una storia importante a Torino. Purtroppo non mi ha convinto molto. Piatti molto artefatti, non ancorati ad alcuna tradizione, senza sentimento o emozione. Invece attento e premuroso il servizio. Di contro conto esagerato soprattutto per la bevande il cui ricarico è eccessivo (tanto per dire 70 euro per due calici di moscato d'Asti reperibile a bottiglia 22/28 euro sul mercato!!). In più abbiamo trovato la spiacevole sorpresa dell'errore nel conto: il doppio addebito di due calici di vino per la modica cifra di 52 euro Siamo tornati il giorno successivo, con un certo imbarazzo, e il comportamento del manager ci ha lasciato perplessi. Nessun segno di rammarico o di scusa per l'errore. Ci ha comunque restituito la differenza, in contanti, lasciandoci il dubbio che l'errore non fosse infrequente. Doveva essere una serata speciale purtroppo guastato da uno spiacevole episodio. Occhio al conto per chiunque visiterà questo ristorante!
