Very nice, we liked the fact that there were many specially designed dishes with truly excellent flavours. Certainly compared to the average the prices are not low but the quality is rightly paid for and excellent experience we will definitely return

When I go to a restaurant I don't look for food to fill my stomach, I look for flavors that I can't find at home. I seek the experience to feel the connection between body and soul. And this is what happened to me two days ago (Saturday evening to be exact) when by chance I found this one-of-a-kind restaurant. I was anxious at the thought of embarking on a 16-hour, two-flight trip to the US when I made a reservation for two at this restaurant. It was easy to get to, just 5 minutes from my hotel. When I entered his room, the environment gave me a pleasant feeling of peace and serenity. the experience couldn't have been more complete without the flavors I found in them Dishes. Where to start? I'll start with wholemeal bread, a recipe of their invention and production! Fantastic to the point that I wouldn't call it wholemeal at all... the flavor of this warm and fragrant bread doesn't need to add butter or even oil to be enjoyed. The Fried porcini mushroom served with berries and mascarpone cream made me realize that I was not in an ordinary restaurant. You understand that you are close to the Paradise when the conversation suddenly stops to leave room for tasting the flavours. Then I understand why the restaurant is called Degustibus! But the ecstasy was yet to arrive in the form of a plate of venison! Never in my life had I Tasted more tender and delicious meat. In my head there was no longer the thought of the trip but the desire to extend my dinner. I usually don't order dessert but something pushed me to try their cafe banana chocolate dessert and my biggest surprise was in the perfect combination of simple but difficult to combine ingredients with harmony and balance. It was the culmination of my culinary experience that even today, after two days, I can feel the taste of chocolate on my palate! Now however my review cannot be complete without mentioning the feeling I had of feeling at home during the Conversation I had with the owner of the Restaurant that perfectly described the dishes and the history of their restaurant to us. The friendliness and warmth of their hospitality made a dinner an unforgettable experience that is priceless. Thank you!
