Absolutely fantastic meal to finish off our Florence adventure. Food was incredible so many new flavours and tastes that send your pallet to another planet. Service was phenomenal, they take you on a journey explaining each course, The wine menu is more of a bible with some fantastic wines. It's expensive but so worth it, I'm in truffle heaven!!

We returned for our wedding anniversary 4 years after our last visit. This was a planned destination as we enjoyed it so much last time. Well, again it did not disappoint. The food, yes is higher price than some places but is exquisite, service is most excellent and the taste challenges your senses which is exactly what you want with this type of dining experience. Delicious, unique, fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfection defined. We ordered the most popular dish and it was the best choice. We loved the atmosphere, the food, and the service.

I had dinner here to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The atmosphere is truly romantic and elegant. There are only eight very small tables in the restaurant. The staff takes care of their guests, pampering them down to the smallest detail. I personally enjoyed the dishes very much. I tried some game dishes and some with truffles. I didn't try any of the cheese selection, however. I had such a pleasant experience that I hope to return soon! I would recommend it for dinner with a partner. I recommend making a reservation given the limited seating capacity.

We had the truffle tasting menu. Compared to other restaurants we visited during our two week stay in Tuscany, we felt the food was overrated especially given the price. We had the truffle tasting menu so perhaps ordering from the menu would have been better. We were supposed we had better pasta during our travels in Umbria and did not care for the egg starter at all. The service was impeccable. Great ambiance. Amazing staff! So attentive and a joy. We would go again for a special occasion just for the service!

Very good food but too expensive. The place is small and in a small space. Not worth what you pay.

I have the chance to try this restaurant whilst in truffle season. The truffle provided that day was a winter black truffle which had a black outside and a white inside. I ordered some a la carte, the spaghetti, ravioli (truffle), quail, 62•egg and the vension tartare. Must i add that there was a ‘suprise’ champagne and 3 treats. The egg was at a perfect temperature, which paired with the truffle very well. Plus it was a soft boiled egg, my favourite. The version tartare was hand cut, which created a satisfying texture. It was paired with sauce to make it more appetising. Then there was some main dishes. The spaghetti was not too overwhelming, and you could clearly taste the truffle on top (was very generous) and added anise crumbs. The ravioli had a lot of filling in it, making every bite full of flavour. And lastly, the quail was very fresh with some filling inside. The desert was also perfect. The cheese crème brûlée was so crunchy on the top. I also ordered the white,milk and dark chocolate and red wine (which i forgot to photograph), it was AMAZING. that was probably the best part of the whole meal. Overall, I loved the experience but only one thing, perhaps they could have some non alcoholic beverages (mocktails, soft drinks) for the young ladies or for those who simply dislike wine. Anyways, I love it so much and definitely you should try.
