Amazing experience!!! As a New Yorker, I gauge everything relative to the great New York City. I must say, this restaurant delivers!!! Definitely NY quality. The food is incredible, the ambience amazing, and the staff is superb. How this restaurant has eluded a Michelin star, I don’t know, but get in before they get one (or more) and the prices go up! Price is extremely fair and reasonable. I recommend the truffle tasting experience!

More than you'd expect when you go to this kind of place. Everything in its place and at just the right time. Needless to say, the staff's attentiveness and warmth are a must. We highly recommend the menu and the focus they give to their three main dishes. We'll definitely return on our next trip to Florence.

Degusteria Italiana serves truly delicious food, with every dish carefully prepared and full of flavor. The staff are attentive and friendly, making the whole dining experience comfortable and pleasant. The restaurant has an elegant, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or a romantic date.

I made a reservation on the Fork app because it was recommended by the Michelin Guide. As soon as I walked through the door in the crowded alley, I felt like I was transported to a cozy space with jazz music playing. (I tend to dislike crowded restaurants where I have to eat without thinking.) The restaurant isn't very large, but since they only accept reservations, it wasn't crowded, which was nice. The staff was very friendly. The truffle pasta was also delicious. The service, atmosphere, and taste were all satisfactory. For lunch, a truffle pasta, a glass of Prosecco, a bottle of water, and dessert cost around €50.

Overall, a positive experience. The food was good, except that we chose the truffle tasting menu. There were three courses plus dessert. The small portions didn't fill us up much, so we added a cheese plate. The service was good, and the atmosphere was quiet.

This was one of my favorite spots in our entire trip.

We had booked the Degustaria Italiana restaurant for a special occasion – my birthday – and were very excited about the evening. Unfortunately, our expectations were dashed. While the restaurant strives to offer Michelin-star cuisine, it doesn't quite reach that standard. The portions are extremely small, but the prices are very high. The dishes were okay in terms of taste, but nothing memorable or worth the price. The drinks selection is also very limited – there's only wine and water, no cocktails, and no beer, which is disappointing for a restaurant in this price range. It was particularly disappointing: We had mentioned in advance that it was a birthday, hoping for a small gift or special gesture. Unfortunately, nothing happened, which only made the disappointment worse. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

Fantastic food, excellent service, stylish décor, and a perfect location in the heart of Florence — simply fabulous!

È la seconda volta in questo ristorante, è sempre un piacere tornare. Abbiamo fatto il menù degustazione al tartufo con l’abbinamento dei vini ottimi piatti ed il servizio, molto competente e sommelier. Lo consiglio vivamente se siete a Firenze centro.
