We arrived without a reservation. A pleasant evening, enjoying an excellent parmigiana and a truly delicious first course (Roma, orecchiette cacio e pepe with shrimp tartare), all accompanied by a warm welcome that deserves top marks. We'll be back soon 💕

Laura è stata super accogliente e si sta meravigliosamente bene nei tavolini all’aperto curati nel dettaglio. C’è anche una piccola sedia per mettere la borsa. Abbiamo mangiato una cotoletta meravigliosa e anche i dolci sono da provare . Locale assolutamente consigliato se vi fermate a Tortona

Good dishes with refined ingredients. Excellent service. Wide selection of wines with prices in my opinion a little out of range. We will definitely be back and I recommend it.

I stopped at this place for lunch on a workday because I remembered the food was very good. I can confirm excellent cuisine and attentive service until the moment of ordering when I was asked what I wanted and I declined the wine ordering only one course. From then on, perhaps because the bill was too low, they were not interested in my table. I only realized later that an extra cover charge had been charged. Moral: 6 euros for a cover charge, a first course, water and a coffee €27. The last part of the experience left me with a bitter note because I would have gladly returned on a holiday but I don't think I will.

A good restaurant in the center of Tortona. I had dinner with my wife, an off-menu appetizer of battered courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella, good as the Neapolitans make them. My wife's eggplant parmesan was good. Then two second courses, triple and sea bass. good but the pea cream and asparagus in the sea bass, in my humble opinion, perhaps did not give the boost to the dish that they would like to give. Anyway, all good. Value for money a little expensive

Un buon ristorante nel centro di Tortona. Ho cenato con mia moglie, antipasto fuori menù fiori di zucca in pastella con ripieno di ricotta e mozzarella, buoni fatti come li fanno i napoletani. Mia moglie parmigiana di melanzane buona. Poi due secondi piatti la tripla e la spigola. buoni ma la crema di piselli e gli asparagi nella spigola, secondo il mio modesto parere, non davano forse quello sprint al piatto che vorrebbero dare. Comunque tutto buono. rapporto qualità prezzo un pochino caro.

11/07/2025: This place used to be in the Osterie d’Italia guide until 2024. I perfectly understand why it was removed from the 2025 edition. Food is ok, but service was very deficient. No explanation about what to eat, they just assumed we wanted the full menu and started bringing food. It took us almost three hours to have dinner, there was a very long interval between dishes. They did not offer any drinks or wine. Place was almost empty, except for an extremely noisy group of foreigners. The fact that no Italian was eating in the place on Thursday night should have been a dead giveaway, but we thought it was because we were there at 8. Will never come here again. One good point: an unforgettable eggplant carpaccio.
