A place that we really appreciated during our stay in Calabria for its simplicity and local atmosphere. We were well received and enjoyed all the typical and hearty dishes. A treat for the taste buds!!!

Un gran hallazgo. Auténtica comida local con un ambiente verdaderamente rústico. También tiene una fantástica salumeria en la parte trasera. Debes comprar un poco de miel de bergamota. Teníamos el entrante antipasto. Más que suficiente comida deliciosa para dos. Regularmente usamos nduja en nuestra cocina en casa, pero la de ellos era otra cosa. Delicioso, derrite en tu boca. La pasta casera también era maravillosa. El camarero era amable y servicial y a pesar de tener poco inglés que era muy paciente en tratar de entender nuestro italiano vacilante.

Allora la cena era molto buona con anche vecchie tradizionalitá , Antipasti buoni e abbondanti , la posizione era bella perché avevamo un vista bellissima, il servizio abbastanza veloce e cordiale , Comunque si capisce che si mangia in Calabria , Buono ve lo consiglio

06/01/2025: Last Sunday, for the first time, I decided to try the "Il Vecchio Mulino" restaurant in Mammola and I was pleasantly impressed. The welcome from the staff, kind and smiling, was appreciated. I went there to eat fish dishes based on stockfish. In the menu I found the combinations proposed very interesting, which simplify the choice. I opted for an appetizer of stockfish and added some grilled stockfish with potatoes: everything was tasty and satisfying. I also appreciated the wine list, well stocked and able to complete the experience. The final bill was not excessive at all. In summary, I give 5 stars to the overall experience: I will certainly return in the future to taste other specialties.

27/11/2024: Very good lunch, all excellent, I love their dishes and also the intimate and slightly romantic atmosphere
21/07/2024: Location molto accogliente, molto particolare, elegante e nello stesso tempo accogliente. I crudi sono strepitosi, la scelta è molto ampia, sia per chi gradisce piatti di pesce che piatti di carne. Una grande sorpresa!! Qualità dei prodotti molto elevata e i prezzi sono più che giusti. In sala cortesia e disponibilità meritano una nota positiva. Insomma un posto trovato per caso ma che merita assolutamente questa bella recensione. Molto molto consigliato, provatelo e rimarrete molto soddisfatti. Beppe e Violetta da Torino.
