I discovered this place while searching for the best restaurants to eat in Pavia and we were fascinated by it. Very central location (near the Duomo) and a completely typical Georgian atmosphere, we were welcomed by two delightful ladies who made us sit where we preferred (I would like to point out that we had booked the day before through the online site). Behind us, a beautiful tapestry and Georgian music in the background to cheer up our lunch. We both chose to order two traditional tasting menus, accompanied by two glasses of typical red wine (the choice included amber if desired) and typical water called “borjomi”, which I personally became addicted to because it was so good and had incredible properties (we kindly asked them to explain something more about its origin). The dishes were appetizing and of considerable size (what we had left was kindly packaged for us to take home), very tasty and unique in flavor. To accompany each dish, a basket of bread whose choice also included pan focaccia. We came from an intense morning at the Istituti Clinici Maugeri and the atmosphere that you breathe in this restaurant gave us a fun and satisfying lunch, so we highly recommend it and if you want you can also find it in Milan! We will definitely be back ❤️

Great Georgian food, tasty, spicy and satisfying. Wonderful service, everyone was welcoming and nice. I took the vegan tasting menu and arrived at the end full and happy. Orange wine in a perfect glass. Highly recommended ☺️
