We had lunch with you on Friday 20 December and I received your kind request for an evaluation, but I can't find the way to access. I summarize our impressions below
We have already been to your restaurant in Pavia and, as then, the impression was very positive, both for the quality of the food and for the kindness of the staff. Personally, I love clean places and in both locations I found a high degree of cleanliness and hygiene, and this obviously adds to all the other positive sides mentioned above.
The price is in line with our expectations, so... Our best compliments and we will definitely come back to you and suggest your restaurants to friends.

Siamo state per la prima volta in questo locale vicinissimo alla piazza centrale della città.
Si presenta un locale molto accogliente che, in periodo natalizio, riservava un magnifico albero di Natale all’ingresso.
Il personale super gentile e accogliente ci ha spiegato ogni portata dalle sue origini ai suoi sapori, specialmente per i vini, con un fare veramente cordiale e un sorriso perenne.
Il kachakuri era super morbido e estremamente gustoso, un piacere mangiarlo caldo. La apkhazura er ottima, molto speziata, e la salsa tipica era in ottimo abbinamento con la carne e le patate. Complimenti, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Beautiful discovery in Pavia. Very clean place, fabulous food not to mention the Georgian wines, which amazed me greatly.
Fair prices, maybe a little expensive but it depends on the dishes.

It was truly a beautiful evening. Food is good, very hospitable atmosphere, they explained how to eat traditional dishes. Thank you! Better to make a reservation, because at 9pm on Wednesday the place was almost completely full.

Amazing place with beautiful interior design that brings authentic Georgian vibes and serves delicious Georgian cuisine. We tried the khachapuri and dumplings with potato and cheese—both were incredibly tasty. Don’t miss the tarragon drink; it’s a must-try! The staff was exceptionally kind, and the service was perfect.

Torno al Dedaspuri dopo quattro anni, nel frattempo il locale ha cambiato sede avvicinandosi a Piazza Vittoria ovvero al centro di Pavia. Il locale rinnovato è più spazioso arredato con gusto e semplicità. Per non farci mancare nulla abbiamo optato per il menu della tradizione accompagnato da un calice di vino georgiano ambrato (robusto e profumato). Lascio parlare le immagini...
Piatti preferiti? Le polpette di spinaci e noci (Pkhali) e gli squisiti ravioli georgiani (Khinkali). Servizio attento e premuroso, prezzi corretti. Sicuramente non lasceremo passare altri quattro anni prima di ritornare
