Nice little airport, clean toilets (and they were easy to find). Be aware that after check-in, there are only a few options to eat and sit down. There is a Mcdonalds service, you can order through the app and they deliver it to the Mcdonalds corner downstairs (also, only a few seats available).

Upon arrival in Bari, the baggage collection process was very quick. The restrooms are typical of southern Italy—mostly without toilet seats, but otherwise OK. At departure, there was a long line at Ryanair's self-service baggage drop-off. The airport staff were mostly cold, and few offered a smile. Food and drinks were very expensive. We paid €18 for a Coke, a dry tomato and mozzarella baguette, and a small slice of pizza. The plane took off on time.

Everything was clean and tidy. Convenient parking. The staff provided good, friendly directions. The service at the bar was good. The signage was easy to understand and see; hopefully, it's not obscured by other signs. Peaceful.

Anything you buy inside the airport obviously comes at a certain cost! Definitely out of line €2.20 for a bottle of water! Not to mention the rest. I recommend for a short trip an empty water bottle to fill up once you have gone through the usual checks.

Nice airport. Small, but plenty of stores, restaurants, or places to relax while you wait. Organised well and quite clean.

Arrival in Bari was OK. Departure: strange at security check. A minute after reading my ticket automatically the security officer wanted to see it himself. I had it already stuffed away on the trays… First time this happened to me. Otherwise quite OK. Small airport.

10/05/2025: Beneath its discreet storefront, Il Cavallino hides a surprising treasure. The team is very welcoming, the meal exceptional for a low price. Besides, the locals are there. A very nice experience and a very nice evening.
08/05/2025: Courteous staff, excellent quality products and perfect cooking make this a place not to be missed!
