Without wanting to add personal or subjective considerations—which might carry some weight for me, but perhaps not for others—I'll limit myself to recounting the facts as objectively as possible, leaving the reader free to draw their own conclusions, positive or negative, about this experience. Friday evening: destination: Decanter, to satisfy the craving for a draft Guinness, which, in Ragusa, can only be found here. We enter with a group of friends: a welcoming atmosphere, frequented by a good crowd. We ask for a table and a few seats; we're allowed to push two tables together and add a few chairs. We arrange the table and chairs ourselves and take our seats. We then approach the bar to order beers. The wait is a bit long, but still reasonable considering the number of people present. Our pints are placed on the bar and we take care of bringing them to the table ourselves. The time comes for the bill: in addition to the price of the beers, there's a "service charge," equal to +10% on the cost of a single pint. We pay and, in a polite tone, ask for clarification—"Excuse me, why was the service charge added?"—getting the response: "Well, we don't run out of gas." Result: one of the most expensive pints of Guinness I've ever had in Europe—€7 plus €0.70 service—and I still haven't figured out what the service charge I paid corresponds to.

Unique and exquisite dishes... very very beautiful and warm place. Excellent service because she knows how to do it like a charm... with her friendliness and sweetness that sets her apart from the rest, professional in every sense and also very good at taking care of the dishes that are tasty but simple at the same time and equally friendly.. difficult to get bored, everything you need to spend an evening in good company and as if you were at home.
