Struck by the majesty of the golden door which, together with the sign, identifies the restaurant, I stopped for a quick lunch while passing through Bressanone.
Given the limited time at my disposal I chose the single dish with shank, vegetables, roasted potato and horseradish: and we are already at the second perfect choice!!
To make it three of a kind, I will definitely return for a multi-course lunch or dinner.
I loved that on each table and throughout the room there were vases containing one tulip each!

Passing through Bressanone, a magnificent discovery. Gorgeous place, well looked after. Excellent food, craft beers and impeccable, friendly staff.
There are more places like this.

This was our favorite restaurant in Bressanone. Everything was delicious. Nice selection of local beer and wine. The staff were friendly and they had an English menu on hand.

Bel locale in una via adiacente al centro. Arredato in stile, tutto in legno, molto curato. Ha anche il giardino esterno. Servizio molto cortese ed attento. I prodotti sono di ottima qualità, piatti della tradizione e qualche rivisitazione accorta. Tortel di patate buonissimi ed abbondanti, spatzle bianchi, ripassarial forno con formaggi ottimi. Buonissimi vini, prezzi corretti. Ci tornerò.

Tutto perfetto!!! Dall’accoglienza, alla professionalità e la cortesia “sorridente” del personale di sala e alla cucina…nei piatti si sente l’amore è l’impegno di chi li fa…un tripudio di sapori incredibili che ti lasciano estasiato…è una di quelle volte che riesci ad apprezzare un piatto “visivamente” bello ed incredibilmente appagante per il palato…davvero complimenti allo chef ed ai suoi collaboratori…materie prime di livello e conto assolutamente in linea con l’offerta. Ancora complimenti e grazie! Ci rivedremo sicuramente!
