We returned to the region with family, and a stop at Deba Soul and Sushi was essential. The sushi is inventive and the quality is top-notch! Truly excellent sushi, and we've been to Japan; this restaurant is very, very refined and delicious.

Highly recommended! Fresh food with chef's specialties cooked, raw and flambéed. Young staff, very kind and helpful. Elegant interior. In summer there is the possibility of eating outside along the river. The outdoor area has been recently renovated and is very clean and elegant. Free parking nearby. In Fabriano I eat sushi only at this place.

Scordatevi le catene AYCE, qui si mangia ottimo sushi con sapori innovativi made in italy!!! Ingredienti di prima qualità, caviale, pistacchio, spada, tonno… ambiente e servizio ok, prezzo leggermente più caro dei classici cinogiappo ma ne vale la pena. Consigliatissimo

Excellent sushi restaurant with a wide variety of dishes, even outside of traditional sushi. The fish is of good quality and very fresh. I highly recommend the vegetable gyoza, really delicious, and the Tobiko rolls. In contrast, the tuna nigiri was rather disappointing. It's not an all-you-can-eat (fortunately), and the prices reflect the quality offered. The service is friendly and punctual, both in the dining room and for takeaway. I recommend it without hesitation, also because there is nothing comparable in the area.

Ristorante raccolto, accogliente e curato, all'interno di una bellissima e antica struttura nel centro di Fabriano. Menù piuttosto variegato con molte proposte di piatti della tradizione giapponese, nella maggior parte dei casi interpretati in sfumature fusion e persino con ingredienti del territorio. Pietanze dal gusto ricercato, perfettamente bilanciate e di qualità eccellente. Impiattamenti curatissimi e raffinati. Servizio molto cortese e professionale, prezzi più che onesti. Una vera scoperta. Superlativo.
