Sono stata al Deba soul and sushi di Fabriano per Capodanno. Una tradizione ormai. Per me è diventato più di un ristorante, è un accogliente luogo di ritrovo che con la fantasia dei piatti rende una cena il momento più magico della giornata. È il secondo capodanno che scelgo di passare qui (oltre a svariate cene durante l’anno) e non resto mai delusa. Novità culinarie, accostamenti sempre creativi e BUONI che mi fanno mangiare con gusto anche cibo che altrove evito. Un personale alla mano, disponibilissimo, professionale e REALMENTE interessato al cliente e alla sua esperienza. Addobbi raffinati ed una piacevole playlist che accompagnava il viaggio tra i sapori. Ho mangiato tanto ed era tutto di ottima qualità. Sarò sembrata ripetitiva ma ho rifatto i complimenti alla cucina anche stavolta ahahah. Bellissima atmosfera allo scattare della mezzanotte, divertimento e brindisi a volontà. CONTINUATE COSÌ

Very nice and bright ambience in that Restaurant. Food was delicious and nicely prepared. The Highlight was the Dessert. Regards to the stuff and thank you for the great service. Also tolarante visiting with Family and children. Kitchen stuff are funny and creating nice vibes. Let them be more present with guests and interactive. I fully recommend an experience in that Restaurant.

The owner, a top-level basketball player, went even further as a restaurateur. Perfect location, a mix of Italian medieval and modern elements, clean environment - a fact not to be underestimated, especially for certain types of venues - and a good exterior for most of the season, aperitifs and more. Quality products, quick service, courteous staff - a young girl - available to explain even the "complicated" dishes. Prices in line with the offer, if not below. Worth trying again and again, also given the variety of the menu: more than a sushi restaurant, a real "sushi experience" straddling the Umbria-Marche Apennines.

The restaurant itself is not bad, nice environment, and the quality of the food is unquestionable. The only flaw I found is that the chef's fantasy, which I have always taken away, contains many pieces with fried prawn inside, which can get tiring for some. I don't know if it's a question of speed for takeaway orders, but for everything else it's hands down the best sushi in Fabriano.
