19/09/2025: Roman Holiday 2025 We returned to Rome after two years and without hesitation returned to Babbo's on Via Volturno. We were once again greeted by the restaurant manager, Piero, who gave us a warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco DOC to celebrate our return to the capital. We opted for an excellent seafood salad, followed by a divine fried calamari and shrimp dish... I believe I can safely say that this restaurant truly deserves to become international, not only for the quality of its ingredients and the freshness of its daily catch, but also for Mr. Piero's remarkable ability to interact with an international clientele. Speaking five languages ​​(English, Russian, Arabic, French, and German), he ensures excellent service at all times, and we are grateful for his dedication and willingness to serve our guests.
