We went with my group of motorcyclists and we ate wonderfully, so much so that at the end of lunch we applauded the chef.

....questo piccolo locale..cucina tradizionale ..ottimi ingredienti...cucinata con il cuore ...cobduzione familiare ..non poteva andare meglio....sono stata fortunatissima... Grazie a tutti.....spero di ritornare presto ....

On 01/03/2022 we witnessed the scene described by Mrs. Felici Livia. He didn't wait even a minute, even though the owner, Mrs. Viola, had set the table immediately, in compliance with current regulations. She left, with her other guests just as quickly, after seeing the fresh pasta (ragu, ravioli and gnocchi) shown, as usual and with pride, by the owner, before cooking, without saying a word. Only one of his companions apologized. We ate very well, with Mrs. Viola and her husband who looked after us with pleasure and kindness. We will definitely be back.

What can I say? One of those places where as soon as I return to Rome in the next few days, I will book to return. Heartfelt thanks to the legendary lady Viola, to her sweet and good daughter and to all those who make this place a place that will remain in the heart. See you soon. Thanks Viola!

"Old ways" restaurant with fixed menu at 30 euros where "you eat what you have": - 3 first courses with homemade pasta (mushroom fettuccine, ricotta and spinach ravioli, gnocchi with sheep sauce). - 2 second courses (Abbacchio, coratella) served with various side dishes (pork rinds with beans, chicory, baked potatoes) -Homemade dry desserts -House wine Abundant portions, conviviality, home cooking and the friendliness of Mrs. Viola to season it all. Uno di quei posti che, a sorpresa, ti lasciano la voglia di tornare! Confermate tutte le recensioni positive: é un piccolo bar al centro del paese, ma la cucina di questi due signori fa uscire piatti da leccarsi i baffi! Siamo arrivati e la signora Viola con la figlia ci hanno portato acqua e vino, dopodiché hanno fatto tutto loro. Se cercate un menu alla carta o un locale tutto scintillante questo posto non fa per voi, di casa ci sono genuinità, qualità delle materie prime e il cuore dei proprietari, perché in cucina si sa… se il piatto è fatto con amore, si sente!

And then you end up here. Exactly how I imagine Italy in the 'good old days'. A super small and very cozy location where the couple cooks the best. You eat what the pot provides: pasta (spaghetti, ravioli), chicken and mutton, carafe of red wine, bottle of water, dulce, dopio espresso and a digestivo. For 28 euros. This type of classic catering industry is rapidly disappearing and I am a lucky person to have been able to experience this!

29/11/2024: WHAT A PIZZA GUYS!!! 😍😍😍 I am a fellow pizza chef and pizza lover, I had a pizzeria in Málaga for 5 years and the lady, in addition to being a kind and friendly person, knows what she does!! IMPRESSIVE the product he creates!! Among the best pizzerias I've ever eaten, impeccable product, the focaccia in the starter I could have eaten a kilo of, nothing short of exquisite. The products are excellent and of high quality, both the truffles and the porcini mushrooms, the bacon and the sausage, I was surprised at the quality they serve. The restaurant is a wedding favor, I believe, among the most beautiful places where I have eaten, all stone on wood with a breathtaking view of the lake. The Owner is a champion, kind, friendly and helpful like his partner Nico, impeccable in his service, kind and very attentive to customers, his son is also smart and impeccable at his work. They are a really, really strong team. I know many details because in 5 days of camping I ate 3 days at their place, soon I will be returning as a guest of a boy who lives there and I hope to be able to eat another pizza again!! 😍🤤 If you are looking for a product made with care and love then this is your place.
