Yet another confirmation on Saturday for this restaurant located in the square of the splendid Castel di Tora. We opted for the set menu. Homemade pasta and desserts. Friendliness and cheerfulness of Viola, the landlady. Highly recommended!

Che dire… veramente un locale da nn perdere!!!
Ambiente familiare, tutto rigorosamente fatto in casa!! E prima di mangiare Viola (Che fa tutto la pasta in casa) ti fa vedere cosa mangerai!
Le trattorie “di una volta”, dove il cliente era parte del locale. Siamo stati accolti con un gran sorriso e cordialità.

What can I say... truly a place not to be missed!!!
Family atmosphere, everything strictly homemade!! And before eating Viola (who makes all the pasta in house) shows you what you will eat!
The trattorias "of the past", where the customer was part of the place. We were greeted with a big smile and friendliness.

First time in this small family-run environment. Mrs. Viola is the absolute master with her simplicity and
a smile that doesn't match. He told us that the fixed menu would be tastings, it wasn't true, all the dishes that arrived on our table said something completely different: they were double tastings" 😀 Anyway, we had a great time and we'll be back.
Reservation is recommended, otherwise you will NOT eat.👍🥂

Location semplice accogliente, a cominciare dalla Signora Viola che ti fa sentire a casa.
Piatti semplici cucinati con dedizione.
Pasta fatta in casa, personalmente ho apprezzato gli gnocchi al sugo di pecora .
C'è poi due grandi ravioli al sugo e gli stigliozzi ai funghi.
Tre assaggi di primi due secondi due contorni , pane dolci acqua e vino .
Il pollo e l'abbacchio cotti in modo impeccabile e di ottimo sapore .
Si apprezza la semplicità e la genuinità dei piatti .
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo .
Tutto nel piccolo borgo Castel di Tora circondato dal Lago del Turano .
Una giornata fuori porta nella tranquillità lontano dal caos cittadino .
