Cosy and warm, local food of quality, wonderful location, good researched food with tradition and innovation (just like the name says) with amazing taste and really honest prices! Also, it is really the best pizza you can eat in the whole region.... but don't stop there, try the dishes, they are amazing. Now they even have bisont meet grown in the wild in some specific region in Italy.

Great discovery! Found thanks to the reviews that did not disappoint expectations! The welcome and attention of the staff immediately strikes, good choice of dishes, top quality of raw materials, excellent presentation of the dishes! Good value for money!

Today we were guests of this wonderful restaurant. The first thing that catches the eye is the extreme cleanliness, the speed of the service and the freshness of the dishes. The cost is absolutely consistent with all this. It was the first time, but we will return without a shadow of a doubt. I highly recommend it.

We ended up dining here four times during our stay — that says it all! The waiter spoke great English and had an impressive knowledge of the wine list, which was extensive and full of gems. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Authentic, flavorful, and prepared with love. Big compliments to the chefs and the entire team. True Italian hospitality! Bonus points for the waiter’s humor: after dessert, he rolled over a cart with digestifs. We politely declined, saying “niente” — so he poured us a glass of “Niente”, on the house. Great joke, even better service. Can’t wait to come back.

The view of Cori is truly remarkable. Very VERY BEAUTIFUL atmosphere. Excellent proposals and professional service. Nice discovery, I will definitely return for a special evening.

Tutto eccezionale. Avevo questo ristorante nella mia wishlist da tanto tempo e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative! Personale cordiale, cibo spettacolare a partire dal pane dello chef. Porzioni abbondanti ma soprattutto qualità nelle materie prime. La location poi è bellissima. É un posto molto romantico. Ci torneremo!

We had a great experience at this restaurant and can’t recommend it enough. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The food was outstanding, blending traditional flavors with some creative twists. The appetizers were a hit, and the Fagottini Coresi soup was absolutely delicious. The white wine list from the region is very good. We took the Antinoo, highly recommended. Only suggestion to the restaurant: the appetizer would improve if served more warm. The location is lovely, with a nice view of the village that adds to the charm. The atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish, making it a great spot for a special evening or just a casual meal. If you’re in the area, definitely give this place a try—you won’t regret it!
