We had lunch here today, a Sunday in May. Although there was a mix-up with a dish, the situation was handled optimally.
Very good gnocchi and linguine with capelunghe as well. Prices normal.

Trovato casualmente siamo stati attratti dall'odore di pulito che usciva dalla cucina. Piccolo e grazioso locale nel centro di Taormina, la proprietaria all'inizio può sembrare scontrosa, ma in realtà non lo è. Particolare attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari. Unico consiglio è aumentare lievemente le porzioni dei secondi (magari due spiedini anzichè uno soltanto) prezzi ragionevoli per il posto in cui si trova.

Definitely poor. Let's say that, in this case, it is not necessary to "try" the complete range of dishes offered to understand that we are very far from a respectable fish cuisine. The excellent fried calamari, the very salty cockle gnocchi, the red mussels, in which only the strong acidic flavor of the tomato was evident, the embarrassing French fries. The staff was very kind, otherwise, what can I say.....????Probably, and maybe even rightly, people only consider "going out and eating in company".......but good food is something else!
