Three of us dined here. It's not a big draw from the outside, but it's all the better once you step inside. We chose the macaroni and the sea bream, and it was fantastic. For dessert, we had panna cotta, tiramisu, and cherry ice cream—both homemade, of course. We loved it. Highly recommended! 4.5-star ambiance. Service/staff very attentive and friendly. 😀

Started with a very nice pasta - a creamy meat sauce - which we shared. Moved on to steak and lamb chops - which were very good. Served with polenta which was not the best. We had ordered potatoes, which were better. Staff did ask a few times if things were OK and seemed to engage more fully with those who spoke Italian - which is understandable.

Excellence in catering or how a solid and well-finished substance wins by far over the empty and inconsistent appearance. Welcoming atmosphere without unnecessary frills, kind and discreet service but without affectations, traditional dishes very tasty and abundant. It has existed since the mid-nineteenth century and the broad shoulders are visible. It makes you want to come back. Well done!

Locale storico lungo la vecchia statale. in tempi moderni declassata a regionale. Cucina vicentina con qualche modernità ma che comunque ruota sempre attorno all'ottima pasta fatta in casa carni alla brace e l'immancabile carrello. In cantina l'indispensabile. Conto sempre onesto fin dai tempi di Puricelli.

08/08/2025: It's a shame the expectations were high, but unfortunately they weren't met. They were slow to serve even water, and it took an hour to bring a veal with tuna sauce for a child, honestly, is too long. If you also get the bill wrong, the review can't be positive. Let's hope it was a bad night, but next time I hope they can surprise me like the location. The guy at the entrance was very friendly and courteous.
