20/12/2025: Here I discovered what it means to eat bread: not a cluster of carbohydrates that merely accompanies food, causing acidity and lacking in flavor, but a true food. Even though I'm from the South, this bakery has completely revolutionized my idea of ​​it; now I understand how for centuries bread has accompanied men and women daily, providing strength during their busy days. This is an example of how this food was before its industrialization completely obliterated its meaning, replacing it with a hard-to-digest substitute, the cause of today's widespread gluten intolerances. Since I discovered it, I've been coming back every week, recommending everyone, especially the multigrain bread, which is simply indescribable.

30/11/2025: A sparkling light on any given day. A resounding rarity in today's Milan, where quality isn't always around the corner and where prices are "let's leave ASAP." This gastro-bakery, however, is an oasis of taste, kindness, and authenticity. Bread and focaccia of all kinds, but above all a breathtaking and mouth-watering selection of takeout dishes, from meat to vegetables. I had rice, pumpkin, and vegetable meatballs. An extraordinary dish at a fair price. Oh, and let's not forget the courtesy: they heat the food, they even give you extra cutlery in case of plastic cracks, and they exude serenity and courtesy. I went to enjoy Barbadomo's delicacies in the sunshine of the monument just beyond Piazza Tricolore. A moment of light, in every sense. Sincere congratulations and thanks again!
