Apart from the location which is undoubtedly wonderful but... the most impactful things about this restaurant are the absolute freshness!! of foods and... how they are processed...! an absolute powerhouse of sensations, these homemade ravioli filled with burrata with minced mazzara del vallo prawns and truffles, simply unique and finally Valentino, not just a waiter... but an extremely empathetic person who immediately puts customers at ease ease In short, Darian is unquestionably recommended as a five-star hotel.

Ogni volta che mi trovo a Fiumicino, non posso fare a meno di tornare al Darian. Questo locale si distingue per l’eccellente qualità dei prodotti utilizzati, sempre freschi e accuratamente selezionati. L’ambiente è elegante e pulito, frequentato da una clientela selezionata. La sala interna è accogliente e ben curata, mentre l’area adiacente, tutta in vetro, offre un’esperienza unica, ideale per godersi il pasto in un’atmosfera luminosa e rilassante. Il servizio è impeccabile: professionale, riservato, simpatico (la persona anziana) e discreto, proprio quello che cerco quando desidero rilassarmi e gustare una buona cena senza fretta. Every time I'm in Fiumicino, I can't help but return to Darian. This place stands out for the excellent quality of the products used, always fresh and carefully selected. The environment is elegant and clean, frequented by a select clientele. The internal room is welcoming and well-kept, while the adjacent area, all in glass, offers a unique experience, ideal for enjoying the meal in a bright and relaxing atmosphere. The service is impeccable: professional, reserved, friendly (the elderly person) and discreet, just what I look for when I want to relax and enjoy a good dinner without rushing. The relationship between service, quality and price is also acceptable, making the Darian an excellent choice for those looking for a quality experience in Fiumicino. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the area.

I had dinner at this restaurant in Fiumicino. We chose a starter of raw and cooked dishes to start, I must say the cooked one was very satisfying, they brought us several well-prepared portions. Then as a first course some black fettuccine with blueberries with datterini tomatoes and prawns which I really appreciated, with a sweetish tone, I recommend them! As a second course, a sea bream with cherry tomatoes, olives and potatoes, which was also very good. To finish, a chocolate profiterol. Everything was good, the staff were friendly but not very attentive and I felt a bit in difficulty because they came back several times to change the dish while we were still eating, it must have happened at least 3 times. Myself and my family had a beautiful lunch here. In contrast to the previous review we found the service excellent. The seafood was amazing and the fresh oysters in particular stole the show. We loved the mixed antipasto platter of seafood which just kept on coming. Wine list is also extensive with a nice Lazio selection. Overall we had a lovely experience but perhaps come lunch rather than dinner when the restaurant will be too busy.

Excellent restaurant to eat fish. Excellent raw food and fantastic first courses. Try the tagliolini with prawns and truffle! Specials! The staff is friendly, pleasant, well air-conditioned environment, quick service and good wines. Good quality/price.

The food I ordered was very good and I could smell the sea air
