Perfect evening. I returned to this restaurant invited to an 18th birthday party... once again Darian exceeded all expectations! Elegant and at the same time welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service and excellent fish dishes, with attention to the smallest details, as well as the table setting. I was here on New Year's Eve....I HAVE NEVER EAT SO WELL IN MY LIFE.. and it was New Year's Eve. I underline this because I have often eaten quite well in places during the year and on these occasions. it's also terrible at ceremonies......the venue is wonderful, the service is top, super kind and professional, the food is a dream There is also the possibility of staying in a 'private' room and I must say that it was fantastic with the children....ah I also underline that even my son's white pasta was special

Il locale è molto ben arredato con una gradevole veranda a vetri riscaldata. Tra i primi davvero molto buono il risotto alla crema di scampi, ma eccezionale sono i tonnarelli alla crema di pecorino, gamberi e tartufo. Per o secondi strepitosi i calamari e crostacei alla piastra, così anche la frittura di calamari e gamberi. Trai dolci molto buoni il profitterol che doveva essere con il cioccolato caldo. Il servizio è veloce e molto professionale. Il pesce è davvero molto fresco. Il conto ci è apparso un po’ caro.

Ogni volta che mi trovo a Fiumicino, non posso fare a meno di tornare al Darian. Questo locale si distingue per l’eccellente qualità dei prodotti utilizzati, sempre freschi e accuratamente selezionati. L’ambiente è elegante e pulito, frequentato da una clientela selezionata. La sala interna è accogliente e ben curata, mentre l’area adiacente, tutta in vetro, offre un’esperienza unica, ideale per godersi il pasto in un’atmosfera luminosa e rilassante. Il servizio è impeccabile: professionale, riservato, simpatico (la persona anziana) e discreto, proprio quello che cerco quando desidero rilassarmi e gustare una buona cena senza fretta.
