Unfortunately the last time I was there, so the most recent, I was very disappointed, everything changed, maybe the franchisor thought he was improving...or maybe the raw materials simply cost him less!
In short, drinks are no longer included, only water, and the food is no longer of the same quality.
The place was rejected. Too bad.

We had dinner at this restaurant, the person in charge of the restaurant, Mr. Omar, was impeccable in everything, in particular each course was super abundant with the genuine flavors of Roman cuisine, from the first courses to the second courses to the side dishes, the waiting times were zero. Good food characterized by excellent ingredients. Mr. Omar is a guarantee.

A more than positive experience, we returned for the second time and it was a confirmation. All the dishes we ate were well cooked and presented.
The staff was friendly and attentive,

We stayed at the Bottarolo Tor de Cenci on Easter Monday, it was my third time in this place and I have to say everything was very good, Stefania and Omar were very kind... I've always felt comfortable in this place.

What can I say, a fantastic evening with well-prepared and very kind staff starting from Stefania, the waitress manager, to the fantastic "cook" Daniela Pistillo with a huge heart and a lot of professionalism!!! He puts his heart into his dishes!!! Fantastic Pasta la gricia cacio e pepe cooked at the moment nothing pre-cooked!!!! Good appetizers!!!! Super side dishes: baked potatoes AND sautéed fresh chicory!!!! As we don't drink wine they gave us cans of Pepsi included in the price thanks!!! Nice simple environment, photos and writings on the walls 😁!!! Arm yourself with forks and a little patience because the pasta must be cooked!
