Arrived at around 9.40pm, empty place, table reservation made late..(3 piadinas + 1 chips) Unacceptable to wait 50 minutes for 3 piadinas, the funny thing is that the chips arrived within 5 minutes.. The waitresses were chatting in the back counter instead of worrying about the customers, they never approached the table to see if everything was ok.. The excuse for all this: he didn't do the griddle. Gentlemen, sincerity always pays. It was a better impression to say we slept on the sales assistant, we apologize, and given the mix-up you are guests.. I appreciate the water and the cover charge offered... But we need more professionalism.. The customer who enters at 9.40pm should be treated as the first one to enter of the evening, otherwise if you are not able to serve him, leave him alone and don't let him sit..
