DAO is a restaurant that clearly strives for elegance and refinement, both in its ambiance and in the presentation of its dishes. The quality of the ingredients is good, and the plating is meticulously crafted. However, the overall experience felt a bit forced. The dishes didn't arrive in the requested order, and the staff's excessive attention made it difficult to enjoy the meal in peace: you barely had time to finish a bite before someone was ready to clear your plate. Furthermore, in less than two minutes, three different people asked us if we'd like dessert—an attentiveness that went from thoughtful to almost intrusive. Overall, a place with potential and a lovely atmosphere, but one that would greatly benefit from more relaxed and harmonious service. Sometimes, true elegance lies in giving customers the right amount of space. 🍽️

When we talk about China, for me we are talking about ravioli: too small and not very tasty, the rice was excellent, perhaps a little salty, the pork was good even if too expensive, there was little dog in the bao, in the context a four because it was too expensive and had some defects, it is better not to get the rice cake... very good Giorgia and the blonde girl who speaks Russian

A pleasant discovery! In the heart of the Italia neighborhood, we stumbled upon this Chinese restaurant by chance. It offers excellent service at prices consistent with both the area and the restaurant. Everything is very well-kept and clean! The steamed fish dumplings are delicious; I recommend them!

A dinner with a bang! Everything was delicious, flavorful, and high quality. We tried several delicacies, and each one was better than the last. The staff were extremely kind and professional. The venue was beautiful, tastefully and elegantly decorated.
