Perhaps the best "Pisan-style" pizza in the entire province, far surpassing Pisa's historic pizzerias with a modern and professional concept that maintains the humble characteristics of Pisan tradition.
A superior cecina, worthy of the gastronomic Olympus alongside legendary names like Gagarin.
The engaging atmosphere and professional and courteous staff make you feel at home.
The only drawback is the parking lot, which is too small; you have to park your car on the (very busy) street, but that's just a small flaw in this Pisan culinary excellence.

Everything was very good, although perhaps it was my impression that we noticed a difference between pizza eaten at the table/restaurant with whole pizzas and quarters at the tables outside.

The pizzeria, renowned for its wood-fired oven, offers excellent pizzas, as well as burgers and cecina. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is beautiful and well-kept. Parking is very difficult.
The pizza isn't bad, personally, but since it's fried, it's very heavy and hard to digest!
A major flaw is the decidedly slow service, and it's certainly not the waiters' fault, but rather because they also do takeout and don't give priority to reserved tables. I think they're making a huge mistake. For the third time, we waited 45 minutes for a pizza to be served, even though the place was half empty and we were among the first tables to arrive. And what's more, we were all seated within 5-10 minutes of each other.
I'm sorry, but it's happened before. I don't think I'll be back again. 🤷♂️

Excellent restaurant-pizzeria. This is my second time here, and the pizza is very good. Good service, which is never easy on a Saturday night. Reasonable prices. The owner even offered us coffee after dinner. I recommend it.

A welcoming family restaurant. There is no parking at the entrance; it is located on the provincial road, and the sign is clear. You find yourself in an environment where there is both service and a restaurant. The pizzas are made to order and are good, with a wide selection. The dishes are good, including the desserts. I recommend it.
