Di ritorno verso casa ci siamo fermati, a pranzo, in questo locale. Non c'era nessuno e, inizialmente, abbiamo temuto di trovarci male ma non è stato così. Abbiamo preso solo delle panelle e due primi ma sono stati ottimi, sia i caserecci con le triglie e il finocchietto che i paccheri alla norma. Pasta fresca con ingredienti preparati sul momento e dall'ottimo sapore. Credo che la gestione sia di due ragazzi giovani (chi ci ha servito sicuramente) e sono contento che sia così. Bravi

Good without being transcendent. I found the welcome a little hasty, the waitress seemed stressed. The beef tagliata was good but the meat was rather fatty (almost 30% of the piece I received), plus, I was expecting something other than grated gruyere on the meat (parmesan for example, especially in Sicily). I think it would also be good to ask for the meat to be cooked, because not everyone likes their meat rare! The fries are frozen and pretty meh. Apart from that, the decorations are pretty, nothing more, too bad for the many plastic plants especially in this region. Prices are slightly above the region average for the same range.

We had the pleasure of dining for two evenings in this splendid restaurant in Castel di Tusa. Both dinners were based on pizza, really excellent raw materials of great quality, long rising pizza dough, really good and digestible, the gluten-free pizza was also excellent, friendly and helpful staff, impeccable service, really cheap prices, we will be back without doubts.
