A pleasant atmosphere. The menu is traditional, but the dishes aren't up to par with Salento cuisine! The caponata deserves a passing grade, but the vegetables don't really showcase their uniqueness, and the sauce doesn't really hold together. I ordered orecchiette with sauce and cacioricotta, and I got chickpeas and tria!!! I pointed out the mistake between the order and the dish, so I got orecchiette with sauce! And the cacioricotta????? in the second half when the dish was barely warm! I don't want to judge the so-called meatballs!!!! There's a lot to review. Good job!

Authentic traditional dishes! The tracchie and "cicere e tria" (I wonder if that's how it's spelled) are a must-try. Friendly, honest service.

Restaurant with unusual decor. The owner is exceptional, a fan of Harley and Beetles. Very good food, attentive staff. Don't hesitate!!!

Pleasant crowd, good pizza for a low price.

We ate at this restaurant after seeing it on a TV show. Located in the center of Lecce, it's easy to reach on foot through the narrow streets of this beautiful city. Welcoming and very sumptuous, truly beautiful to look at, to my taste, although the presence of so many objects hanging here and there makes it impossible to clean effectively, with traces of hidden dust. Otherwise, the restaurant was very clean, even the bathrooms. Fast service, always very helpful and friendly staff, including the owner's husband, who is very friendly. The menu is quite extensive, featuring typical local dishes, lovingly cooked by the owner. I wasn't impressed by the orecchiette, a typical Apulian dish; it was good, but not memorable. A simple, homemade appetizer, a must-try for anyone who wants to sample some of Lecce's local products. For my second course, I had strips of meat with arugula and parmesan, and I must say it was truly delicious and flavorful. For dessert, I couldn't resist the tiramisu, my favorite, but I have to give this one a failing grade...what a shame. The prices are a little high, but we're in the center of Lecce, so no complaints. My review is purely personal, so I invite you to visit the place and decide for yourself, because it's worth it.

We went to dinner at the antiques dealer after seeing the winner on the TV show "4 Ristoranti." The atmosphere was unique, lively, and memorable, and it made you look around the room throughout the dinner, intrigued by the artwork on the walls. The food was excellent; the orecchiette were delicious, and the meatballs were undeniably delicious. What we didn't like was the location of the table: next to the refrigerator, which, of course, the staff kept opening constantly. Even worse, however, was the fact that the table was in front of the bathroom, which emanated an unpleasant odor that no one likes, especially during dinner. It seemed as if the table had been forced there to accommodate two people who weren't actually there. The owner was friendly and personable, very approachable, and easy to chat with. I would return only if I could guarantee a different table!
