My rating for the kindness and courtesy of the reception. Even though I was not staying in the hotel, they took care of my request for a taxi by hosting me in the hall until my arrival. Thank you

The hotel itself is great overall — friendly staff and nice rooms. However, our room felt quite dated. There were no USB ports in the sockets, which you’d expect from a modern hotel by now. The hairdryer wasn’t working properly, and the walls were scratched and looked dirty; a fresh coat of paint would help a lot. The location is probably the biggest downside. You need to make reservations at most restaurants nearby, and they’re about a 15-minute walk into the Garbatella neighborhood. There was a bar in the hotel, but oddly, we were asked if we had a reservation — which was confusing, considering we were staying there and there were plenty of empty seats. The nightlife in the area is also quite limited. It’s probably better to book somewhere closer to the centre of Rome, otherwise you’ll need to rely on the metro or bus to get around.

Clean hotel. Welcoming reception. Breakfast, apart from the dessert, needs to be reviewed in terms of quality.

The hotel itself is very nice, but its best days are behind it, it could do with some renovation, refreshing, but overall it wasn't bad. The room and bathroom were clean, cleaned every day, the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. I recommend it 🙂

Very comfortable... excellent service... but a bit far from the center... it still has several public transportation lines nearby!!!

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms very well kept. A perceived quality and finally a hotel that lives up to expectations. We also had a small kitchen in our room. The rooms are large and bright. The excellent location, you can easily reach the Garbatella metro. A highly recommended hotel.

Excellent stay, rooms thoroughly cleaned and with a modern design. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast service offers a wide variety of choices. I stayed in two triples and we were all very satisfied, highly recommended!

Hotel suitable for large groups. The room was really spacious and big, very comfortable. The location is suitable for the bus, but a bit far from the city center. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with fresh quality croissants
