Their bread is exceptional: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with an authentic taste that immediately makes you feel at home. The pastry shop is also spectacular, with artisanal desserts that seem to have come out of a work of art - from buttery croissants to cakes with attention to the smallest details. And as if that wasn't enough, I'm so happy to have finally found a place that serves matcha! I had been looking for it for a long time, and here it is simply perfect: balanced, creamy and with a refined flavor that enhances the quality of the raw materials.
